A Turkish notarised consent can address the specific earlier identical/indistinguishably similar mark ground when the statutory conditions are met. Identify the exact applications and goods/services. It does not cure every absolute or relative refusal ground automatically.

Identify the precise legal ground that notarised consent can address and check the documents and goods. Keep the distinct descriptiveness issue open; consent is not a universal acceptance guarantee.

Multiple-design applications

A multiple-design application still requires each included design to be identified and adequately represented. Check grouping/class requirements and calculate the number of designs correctly. A collage of several products is not a substitute for separate design disclosure.

Relative trademark refusal grounds

Relative refusal grounds concern earlier rights and the statutory opposition conditions. Compare filing/priority dates, signs, goods/services and the claimant’s entitlement. A later party’s objection must still be supported by the relevant earlier right and evidence.

Trademark application documents

For a trademark file, prepare applicant identity, the exact sign, goods/services and official fee information. Add priority, consent, transliteration or representation documents when applicable. A generic company profile alone is not the complete trademark application.
