TSE product certification: define the product and production scope
Prepare TSE product certification by the relevant standard, actual models, production evidence and authorised application; keep preparation separate from the TSE decision.
Define the product before selecting the programme
The starting point is the actual product, intended use, brand, models, variants and manufacturing site. Identify the relevant Turkish standard with TSE and read its product scope. A trade name alone does not establish the programme. If no applicable Turkish standard exists, ask about the accepted criterion route rather than inventing a private TSEK checklist.
Build a requirement-to-evidence map for the proposed scope. Drawings, material specifications, reports, samples and production records should identify what they support. A management-system certificate can have its own function but does not identify every product requirement or replace the programme’s product examination.
A matching drawing does not prove unchanged materials
Conditional example: the proposed model keeps its dimensions but uses a different seal material from the tested sample. Record the actual bill of materials and report configuration; do not mark the report as covering the new material merely because the external drawing is unchanged. Ask TSE what relevance or further examination must be demonstrated.
Connect the proposed models and factory to actual production controls and traceable evidence. Keep the unassessed variant open in the scope and work plan. Rewriting a material name in the report is not a new test, and an accepted result for one sample is not automatically a certificate for every variant or site.
Use the official application and wait for the actual decision

Check the company representative association and current requirements; the published April 2026 product guide addresses KEP and an e-signature assigned to the portal’s company representative.
