Halal Cosmetics Renewal and Surveillance
Clarify product, buyer and programme basis. Natural, organic or cruelty-free claims do not automatically satisfy halal-origin and production assessment requirements.
Submit supplier and production changes
When glycerine origin, fragrance carrier or contract site changes, identify affected formulas and submit evidence through the actual issuer’s conditions. Keep old/new versions and production links, and verify continued scope and mark permission. A renewal invoice or unchanged brand does not approve unreviewed variants. Clarify surveillance tasks from the real certificate and programme.
Programme conditions and worked assessment
Example: A contract manufacturer sends only a safety assessment, which the brand treats as the halal application file. Establish formula versions, ingredient origins, perfume components and processing aids separately. Submit site process and shared-equipment information under the programme. Confirm the buyer's accepted issuer and market conditions. The safety report is not an origin statement. Keep missing supplier declarations as open work, and distinguish brand owner, parent company and manufacturer roles rather than assuming one company's file covers every site and recipe.
Evidence and authority boundary
Legal cosmetic duties and halal programme acceptance require separate verification. Preparation does not grant authority or medical safety; inspect the actual product and site rather than a generic company declaration.
