Natural cosmetics: Investigate the changed extract before assessment
For COSMOS NATURAL, agree product, site and formula scope with an actually authorised body. Raw-material acceptance, finished-product assessment and signature permission are different outputs.
Investigate the changed extract before assessment
In a hypothetical cream, lavender oil becomes a hydroalcoholic extract with a carrier. Compare identity, plant part, extraction, composition and supplier evidence instead of transferring the old oil file. Submit unknown processing to the authorised body. The plant name alone does not decide NATURAL acceptance, and an ingredient listing does not certify the finished cream.
Programme conditions and worked assessment
Example: A formula names ingredients only by trade names, omitting supplier codes and production routes. Map INCI, code, supplier and composition. Send material questions to the correct manufacturer and prepare the calculation for that formula version. Submit manufacturing, packaging and proposed label information together. After review, confirm accepted products and mark conditions. A raw-material acceptance entry is not a licence for the complete finished product; a version change does not automatically inherit an old decision merely because the brand remains the same.
Evidence and authority boundary
Use COSMOS v4.2 and the owner's labelling guide. Consultancy preparation is not licensing authority; unresolved materials or label conditions prevent guarantees of timing and outcome.
