Natural cosmetics: Quote supplier-dependent work openly
For COSMOS NATURAL, agree product, site and formula scope with an actually authorised body. Raw-material acceptance, finished-product assessment and signature permission are different outputs.
Quote supplier-dependent work openly
For a range sharing a perfume blend, identify variants, full composition and unresolved supplier processes before comparing quotes. Separate formula review, calculations, document queries, site review, body fees and label work. A blocked perfume disclosure changes readiness even if every bottle is ready. No universal price or completion date follows from the number of “natural” ingredients.
Programme conditions and worked assessment
Example: A formula names ingredients only by trade names, omitting supplier codes and production routes. Map INCI, code, supplier and composition. Send material questions to the correct manufacturer and prepare the calculation for that formula version. Submit manufacturing, packaging and proposed label information together. After review, confirm accepted products and mark conditions. A raw-material acceptance entry is not a licence for the complete finished product; a version change does not automatically inherit an old decision merely because the brand remains the same.
Evidence and authority boundary
Use COSMOS v4.2 and the owner's labelling guide. Consultancy preparation is not licensing authority; unresolved materials or label conditions prevent guarantees of timing and outcome.
