Organic cosmetics: Resolve the diluted-material case
Connect organic evidence consistently with formula quantities, manufacture and the proposed claim. Define the actual authorised body, product variants and sites before preparing the application.
Resolve the diluted-material case
A hypothetical formula replaces organic oil with an extract diluted in another carrier. Obtain actual composition and supported organic fractions and redo the relevant calculation; do not count the whole blend as the old oil. Ask the authorised body to assess unresolved identity and processing. A familiar plant name and the old certificate do not decide the new product’s acceptance.
Programme conditions and worked assessment
Example: The file includes accepted oil evidence, but three products use different formula versions and quantities. Give each formula a separate identity and link evidence to the correct material. Explain the calculation denominator and compare the label percentage with it. Submit manufacturing, packaging and change information. Resolve questions with records, then confirm product scope and signature use. Sharing one oil does not give every variant the same result; a source change can require new evidence and cannot silently inherit the old file.
Evidence and authority boundary
Use COSMOS v4.2 and the labelling guide. Preparation support does not acquire decision authority; material certification and finished-product licensing differ. No positive result or fixed completion date is promised.
