Organic cosmetics: Price variant and evidence work separately
Connect organic evidence consistently with formula quantities, manufacture and the proposed claim. Define the actual authorised body, product variants and sites before preparing the application.
Price variant and evidence work separately
Three products share one organic input but use different quantities and product categories. The quote should separate evidence matching, each calculation, manufacturing review, label revisions and authorised-body charges. A supplier document gap can delay the next task without establishing a fixed approval date. Count real variants and dependencies; do not price finished-product approval as one ingredient certificate.
Programme conditions and worked assessment
Example: The file includes accepted oil evidence, but three products use different formula versions and quantities. Give each formula a separate identity and link evidence to the correct material. Explain the calculation denominator and compare the label percentage with it. Submit manufacturing, packaging and change information. Resolve questions with records, then confirm product scope and signature use. Sharing one oil does not give every variant the same result; a source change can require new evidence and cannot silently inherit the old file.
Evidence and authority boundary
Use COSMOS v4.2 and the labelling guide. Preparation support does not acquire decision authority; material certification and finished-product licensing differ. No positive result or fixed completion date is promised.
