Organic cosmetics: Control changed sourcing and quantities
An organic-product target requires a full formula, acceptable organic evidence and the intended label claim. The marketing word “organic” is not a proprietary programme licence.
Control changed sourcing and quantities
When an organic input changes supplier or quantity, identify all affected formula versions, revise supported calculations and submit the change under the actual body’s conditions. Keep procurement evidence and label decisions aligned. Renewal does not silently approve an unreviewed formulation. No unchanged brand name, consultant invoice or old raw-material certificate guarantees continued ORGANIC signature permission.
Programme conditions and worked assessment
Example: A brand treats a supplier webpage as evidence, but it may not cover the material code or actual manufacturer. Match identity, certificate scope and validity to supply and formula. Show other ingredients and manufacturing conditions too. Clarify the buyer's programme and intended label. Do not count unsupported material as accepted in the calculation. A supply difficulty does not let a consultant waive conditions; any exception follows the actual authorised body's rules. Keep evidence gaps visible rather than resolving them through marketing wording.
Evidence and authority boundary
COSMOS ORGANIC depends on current owner documents and label conditions. Verify the body register; supplier marketing is neither finished-product approval nor a medical-safety certificate.
