Hypothetically, a consultant retains all input and harvest records and provides only an application folder. The producer cannot connect a packed lot to its leased plot and shared packing point. Ask for the genuine source records, clarify access and responsibilities with the relevant people and test the handover on an actual lot. Do not reconstruct invented historical treatments to fill the gap.
Separate handover from the certification decision
The preparation output should identify reviewed plots and products, missing evidence, responsible people and next actions. Confirm that the producer can maintain and retrieve the records after consultancy ends. Plot, crop or packing changes must be considered for scope rather than silently added to an existing certificate.
