İTU Renewal: Current Production, Changes and Certificate Expiry
Read the actual certificate’s producer or group, products, areas, issue and expiry dates, revision and current status. Plan the next control with the authorised KSK early enough for the relevant production and harvest stages to be assessed. Reprinting the old document or paying a renewal charge does not establish new-period conformity.
Review the next production cycle before expiry
The Ministry-linked regulation provides at least annual control for individual production and different applicable arrangements for groups. It limits certificate validity to at most twelve months from issue. A revision does not extend that period. Confirm the actual next scope and control plan rather than treating revision as automatic renewal.
Disclose changes instead of carrying old coverage forward
Identify changed producer identity, operating responsibility, group membership, products, parcels or activities. Give the KSK real updated records and ask what control and certification review is required. Do not silently carry an old holder’s certificate into a new operation or presume the same address settles responsibility.
Hypothetically, an orange orchard passes to a different operating producer while its previous certificate is still within its printed dates. The new operator plans to use that PDF for this season’s sales. Confirm the legal producer and actual production scope with the KSK before making the claim; an unexpired date and unchanged orchard do not automatically certify the new operator. Preserve the ownership and operating change evidence without editing the old holder’s name yourself.
Resolve findings and use the actual status
Review previous findings, corrective evidence and current controls relevant to the next production. If status, product coverage or timing is uncertain, request the issuer’s answer. Renewal needs the applicable control and decision; a previous successful season is not a guarantee for a changed operation.
The producer implements and maintains truthful records. The authorised KSK controls and decides, with consultancy prohibited by article 18. Before requesting any Kayra activity, establish its actual permitted role, authority and independence. This guide is not a renewal approval and does not establish Kayra’s KSK status.
