How to prepare a SABER application
Resolve the product route, complete the model evidence and prepare the separate shipment request.
Prepare the product request
Confirm the Saudi importer, product use, HS classification, applicable regulation and extra licences. Register the product and models, then submit the technical file to an accepted body in SABER where the regulated route applies. Track the request and respond to evidence questions. Creating or paying an invoice is a processing step, not proof that conformity has been approved.
Prepare the shipment after eligibility is clear
Use the eligible product records for the shipment request, add invoices, select models and quantities, and state the shipping country. Regulated products require the relevant body’s approval. If the final invoice adds an uncovered model, resolve coverage before including it.
