Prepare a WaterMark application from product to licence
Define product function, intended use, model family, materials and factories.
Create a controlled sequence of evidence and decisions
Define product function, intended use, model family, materials and factories. Check current product and exclusion schedules and the approved specification. Clarify an unfamiliar product with scheme participants instead of inferring exemption from a failed database search.
Agree evidence, sample and production-quality tasks with the WMCAB; submit consistent records and close findings through actual actions. After a favourable certification decision, check licence, model, specification and Scope of Use against the official product record and marking. Confirm WELS obligations separately where relevant.
Responsible preparation and decision
Conditional case: the sale catalogue includes a new cartridge that was not in the application. Disclose the difference and clarify coverage before claiming it licensed. Do not alter model lists or treat a paid invoice as the licensing decision.
Kayra can organize documents and coordinate questions. The manufacturer or licence holder, WMCAB and laboratory retain their assigned duties. Kayra is not presented as a WaterMark issuer, regulator or accredited laboratory; preparation does not guarantee acceptance or a date.
