Frequently Asked Questions About TSE-HYB
Answers about personal qualifications, ISO9001, changed service agreements and the difference between preparation and TSE issuance.
Questions about what actually counts as HYB
Does a person’s qualification certificate establish a workplace HYB? No: it may support a relevant personnel condition, but the actual service-place certification and its scope remain a different subject. Does a company ISO9001 certificate replace HYB? It does not establish every service-standard/criterion condition by itself.
If a personal credential is submitted, identify its holder, relevant service task and current assignment at the applicant’s workplace. It can only support the condition it actually addresses. Do not label the person’s document as TSE approval of the whole workshop.
Worked answer for a changed service request
Conditional case: a workshop’s authorised-service agreement adds a different product group, but the applicant wants to keep using the previous HYB without reading its scope. Compare the new service task, current technical basis and official certificate scope before claiming coverage.
The same firm name or a new commercial agreement does not itself update TSE’s certification scope. Ask TSE to confirm the required change/application work and which new evidence is relevant. Keep the previous certificate and the pending new service distinct; do not claim a universal rule about every brand addition.
Questions about submitting and receiving the result
Does this page’s contact form submit HYB to TSE? No, it requests preparation assistance. Does a quotation or a completed file mean the certificate is issued? No: company authority/application and TSE evidence review/decision must be distinguished. Check the actual record for the requested holder, address and scope.
