Is TSE-HYB Mandatory? Requirements Explained

Identify the source of the requirement
HYB is not a general business licence. Check whether the specific service faces a legal, tender or contractual requirement and what scope is requested. HYB does not complete the manufacturer/importer’s Ministry SSHYB network obligations. A new address is not automatically inside an old certificate.
Read the actual legal, tender or contract request: which service, holder, workplace and standard/criterion does it require? Separate an enforceable activity requirement from a buyer’s voluntary purchasing condition. Ask for the actual basis if someone claims HYB is compulsory for every business.
Worked document-selection decision
Conditional case: a tender requests HYB for the named repair service at the offered service place, but the supplier provides the repaired appliance’s CE declaration. Product conformity and service-place competence are different subjects; CE does not close the requested HYB evidence.
Compare the tender’s requested scope with the actual TSE HYB holder/address and service standard or criterion. If the requirement is unclear, obtain clarification from the requesting party and check the applicable rules; do not invent a universal compulsory scheme or treat another branch’s document as sufficient.
