G Marking Assessment: Product Evidence and Factory Controls

G marking is a Turkish national route for construction products placed on the market for permanent incorporation in construction works where mandatory CE marking does not apply. Determine the product, intended use and applicable technical specification before choosing the route. A cheaper quotation does not make G an alternative to a required CE assessment.
Confirm what must be assessed
Identify the national technical specification, intended use and attestation system before planning a visit. Confirm which product-type tests, calculations or inspections and which factory-control tasks apply. Do not assume that every G product receives the same certification audit.
Follow a real production batch
Link incoming materials, formulation or process settings, equipment checks, inspection results and release records to the supplied product. If a test sample and production batch differ, investigate the difference rather than relying on the report title. Records should show work actually performed.
Handle findings with evidence
Identify affected products and responsibilities, correct the actual problem and retain evidence of the result. The competent body determines any assessment or follow-up needed within its remit. A written action plan alone does not show that a production-control gap has been resolved.
The official Turkish product-rules database distinguishes the national G conformity certificate and/or G conformity declaration from the CE performance declaration. Required manufacturer and assessment-body tasks follow the applicable national technical specification and attestation system. A document bearing a logo does not establish completed assessment.
