G Marking in Türkiye: Product Scope and Conformity Route
Identify the national technical basis, manufacturer duties and G conformity outputs for a construction product in Türkiye.

G marking is a Turkish national route for construction products placed on the market for permanent incorporation in construction works where mandatory CE marking does not apply. Determine the product, intended use and applicable technical specification before choosing the route. A cheaper quotation does not make G an alternative to a required CE assessment.
Start with the product and intended use
Record the product type, intended permanent use, manufacturing location and technical characteristics. Check whether a harmonised technical specification brings it within the CE route. A national standard or, where appropriate, a national technical approval must actually cover the proposed product and use.
Connect assessment with production
Identify the applicable attestation system and the manufacturer and third-party tasks it requires. Link product-type evidence to factory production controls, material and process records, and the product actually supplied. A test on a different formulation or site cannot be treated as proof without considering its applicability.
Keep the national outputs consistent
Check the G conformity certificate and/or declaration required by the applicable route against the product identity, technical specification and production scope. Prepare marking only after the relevant conformity tasks are fulfilled. For another target market, assess its rules separately; Turkish G marking is not general export approval.
The official Turkish product-rules database distinguishes the national G conformity certificate and/or G conformity declaration from the CE performance declaration. Required manufacturer and assessment-body tasks follow the applicable national technical specification and attestation system. A document bearing a logo does not establish completed assessment.
