Verify a G Conformity Document and Its Scope
Check the issuer’s designation, national specification and product–site match before relying on a G document.

G marking is a Turkish national route for construction products placed on the market for permanent incorporation in construction works where mandatory CE marking does not apply. Determine the product, intended use and applicable technical specification before choosing the route. A cheaper quotation does not make G an alternative to a required CE assessment.
Verify the issuer and technical task
Obtain the actual issuing body name, document number and applicable technical basis. Check the body’s current official designation for the product and assessment task and ask it to confirm the document status. General accreditation wording alone does not prove G designation.
Match the document to the supplied product
Compare manufacturer, product type, intended use, technical specification and production site with the declaration and marking. Check amendments and changes since issue. A genuine document for another plant or formulation does not establish the scope of your delivery.
Investigate inconsistencies before accepting a claim
If the identifier, site or reported performance differs, seek clarification from the manufacturer and issuer. Review the underlying conformity tasks and current production evidence. A logo, scanned certificate or private enquiry result does not replace the official status and scope checks.
The official Turkish product-rules database distinguishes the national G conformity certificate and/or G conformity declaration from the CE performance declaration. Required manufacturer and assessment-body tasks follow the applicable national technical specification and attestation system. A document bearing a logo does not establish completed assessment.
The manufacturer remains responsible for the product, production controls, truthful records and required declaration and marking.
