Decision and worked example

Example: A producer believes it bought an audit date, but the member connection and site invitation are incomplete. Confirm membership and RSP responsibility first; the producer's request follows that programme route. Compare actual employment practices with records and assign outstanding work to responsible people. After findings, document implemented corrections and follow-up evidence. Writing a new procedure does not explain the earlier payroll discrepancy or prove it was resolved. Consultant payment cannot secure a guaranteed rating or replace the member's approval.
