Decision and worked example

Example: A producer assumes an old report automatically transfers to a new customer and also covers a new site. Check the report's site identity, scope and the amfori member's platform relationship. If production moved, do not present the old report as an audit of the new location. Record what changed for each finding and how implementation will be verified. A consultancy invoice grants neither report access nor a particular rating; confirm the actual customer/RSP relationship and programme route.
