Determine whether the product is scheduled and which specification applies. Check the actual certified-product information with the relevant WaterMark certification body. A CE document or unrelated laboratory report should not be presented as a WaterMark licence.

Hypothetical case: changed tap materials

A supplier changes a tap's water-contact material while relying on evidence for the former model. Compare the component/material revision with the scheduled product and certification scope before shipment. Ask the responsible body whether further evidence or an updated licence is needed; do not assume the old report covers it.

Separate other Asia-Pacific orders

Send destination country, product function, model, material revision and existing reports/licence details. Plan any tests or updates only after the applicability review. An order for another Asian country needs its own regulatory check, not an automatic Australian route.
