An exporter offers an EAC-labelled report but cannot identify the responsible applicant or show that the model and technical rule match. Pause the route choice. Request the applicant's registration and authority documents, manufacturer agreement and actual certificate/declaration status through the relevant official register.

Send evidence that identifies the route

Provide destination, model, intended use, ratings, manufacturer and proposed local applicant. Ask the responsible body to confirm the current certificate or declaration route and its scope. A report or mark alone is not proof of acceptance in every Eurasian country.
