Use this service to reconcile a trademark certificate or other document with the relevant Turkish official register, not to assume a PDF proves every current fact. Collect the application or registration number, sign, named owner, goods and services, issue date and claimed territory. Distinguish a pending application from a registered right and historical certificate information from the current record. Company names, domains and internal asset spreadsheets are not interchangeable with a trademark registration.

Preparation and next action

Compare the document with the official record and identify the specific information needed: status, owner, list, relevant dates or a recorded transaction. Retain the source and date of the check. If an assignment, renewal or other change is claimed, obtain its supporting transaction and the recorded outcome rather than inferring it from a payment or company stamp. An unclear result requires clarification from the responsible office or qualified representative; it is not automatic proof of fraud or invalidity.

Hypothetical initial-file decision

Hypothetically, a purchaser receives a certificate naming the seller, a signed transfer agreement and a screenshot still showing the seller as proprietor. Organise the historical certificate, transaction instructions and any official receipt separately. Determine whether the requested recordal was submitted and what current evidence establishes its outcome. Do not replace the register name in a copied certificate or treat the signed agreement alone as a completed registry transaction.
