Consistency between hours, wages and interviews

Link working-time records, overtime calculations, wages, payments and recruitment evidence to the same reporting period. File example: the shift sheet matches payroll, but worker interviews describe unrecorded work. Investigate the source and correct records and practice together. Renaming a procedure or coaching interview answers cannot resolve the discrepancy; the evidence should explain actual conditions rather than merely appear internally tidy.

Evidence that a correction operated

Give every finding an owner, action and implementation evidence. For a safety issue, ordering equipment and verifying it works on site are different stages; for wage discrepancies, corrected calculations and payment evidence are different stages. Check the effect on worker conditions. Files uploaded to a consultant do not mean the auditing company accepted closure or assigned a new rating.

Audit timing and cost drivers

The auditing company quotes for the specific facility, considering scope such as audit duration, worker interviews and travel. Plan preparation, substantive corrections, independent auditing and any required follow-up separately. The RSP request and readiness of site evidence are inputs to scheduling. Purchasing a consultancy package cannot justify a promised rating by a fixed date, particularly before actual findings and correction needs are known.

Verify the deliverable and report access

State site identity, RSP holder, auditing company, scope and follow-up service in the quotation. Check the report’s site, date, findings and access permissions; confirm customer sharing and commercial use against platform and buyer requirements.
