Select the current regulation and the actual scheme
Describe the product, models, intended use, production sites and EAEU destination. Use the current official regulation and its amendments to establish the actual scope, exclusions and assessment scheme. Certification and a registered declaration are different routes; series production, a batch and a single unit are not interchangeable descriptions.
Example: a supplier presents a declaration for a pump, but the export is a pump-and-drive assembly with other electrical equipment. Compare the documented product boundary and relevant regulations with the final assembly. A CE file or a similar trade name does not establish that the existing EAC document covers the assembled product.
Verify the applicant and connect the evidence
Check the selected regulation’s eligible applicant and any required local representative/importer relationship. Where the scheme requires a body or laboratory, verify its relevant official register scope. Prepare models, technical description, drawings, production information, reports, contract/batch identification and proposed labels as appropriate to the actual route.
A foreign report must be reviewed for the tested configuration and acceptance under the chosen scheme. A different drive, material or factory can break the connection to existing evidence. Record what is established and what needs clarification or further assessment; translation alone does not turn the report into an accepted conformity decision.
Check the real document and remaining market duties
Match the certificate or registered declaration’s status, applicant, manufacturer, models and scheme scope with official records. Do not assume every EAC document has one universal duration or covers future shipments and factories. The 2019/2020 Commission publications explain the framework; current regulations, amendments and records determine the actual project.
Kayra can organise the regulation comparison and evidence inventory, but does not acquire the required body, laboratory or eligible applicant role through consultancy. Model, material or production changes need review against document conditions. Labelling and responsible-party tasks remain separate; registration, conformity and customs release are not guaranteed.
Responsibility
Kayra supports the product/regulation comparison, evidence inventory and external coordination. The selected current EAEU regulation determines eligible applicant, any representative/importer role and the certificate or registered-declaration route. Required bodies and laboratories must have the relevant official register scope. Consultancy does not assume those roles or promise registration, conformity or customs release.
