Identify the defence-security activity and actual premises

Determine the real activity, relevant Controlled List or classified project, requested classification and actual premises before choosing the TGB route. This is not a general quality or safety certificate for every factory. Use the Ministry of National Defence’s current application instructions for the actual national or NATO-classified route.

Example: a company has an NCAGE identifier and wants to work on a classified project at another address. The identifier does not establish facility clearance for that premises. Check the project’s applicable route and the actual facility document; do not claim automatic NATO approval.

Prepare facility-specific records and related personnel work

Prepare the current official application and annexes, identifying the real address, activity and the responsibilities required in the facility-specific security handbook, TÖGEK. Coordinate the relevant personnel-security KGB work through the official process. A document copied from another premises does not establish this facility’s actual arrangements.

Example: the handbook describes roles and premises that belong to an old site. Record the mismatch and identify the actual responsible organisation and work needed before presenting the file as ready. Establishment permission and production permission are separate from TGB and must be checked where the activity requires them.

Official decision and preparation boundary

The competent official authority controls examination and the clearance decision. Kayra can support preparation against public requirements and track responsibilities; it cannot conduct the official security investigation, issue TGB/KGB or guarantee acceptance.

Start a consultancy enquiry with unclassified activity and readiness information. Submit classified documents and detailed security records through the authority’s required channels, not this general website form. Later changes of premises or activity must be considered against the actual document and official conditions.

TSE certification and the competent defence security authority’s decisions remain official functions; Kayra does not issue these certificates or promise a positive decision. The responsible applicant retains actual product, facility and implementation duties.
