Actual inputs before the quotation

Provide product/use, national technical basis, variants, sites and the manufacturer's role. List existing reports, conformity documents, declarations and production-control records with their real scope. State whether the work is a first assessment, scope change or clarification of an existing file.

Hypothetical case: an old conformity document belongs to a differently named legal entity and production address. Match ownership/site and determine what remains valid before quoting a simple renewal. The old document is an input to review, not proof that the new applicant's file is complete.

Separate consultancy from required external work

Quote scope/gap preparation separately from applicable tests, appointed-body tasks, samples, travel and production corrections. Identify the actual required conformity-confirmation system and who commissions each item. Neither a city name nor the term G determines a universal fee.

A report with the wrong product, plant or method may require clarification, accepted additional evidence or testing. Record who decides acceptance and how the offer changes if that dependency fails. Paying for coordination does not purchase a conformity decision or authorize G marking.

Milestones, changes and continuing conditions

Plan product identification, technical-route confirmation, records/corrections, external assessment where required and manufacturer documents as separate milestones. The competent body's schedule and evidence acceptance can affect timing; Kayra cannot guarantee the decision or date.

An added site, changed composition or different use can reopen scope and control questions. Determine notification/review under the actual document conditions and list costs/tasks explicitly. National G documents must not be presented as an EU ETA/CE package or a construction-project permit; compare offers by real duties and exclusions.

Responsibility

Kayra supports technical scope, records and external-assessment coordination. The legally required manufacturer declaration and assessment-body decisions remain with their respective responsible parties. No notified-body, TAB or nationally assigned-body status is claimed; no positive result or fixed completion date is guaranteed.
