Establish the Türkiye national product route

Identify the construction product, permanent intended use, manufacturer, variants and actual sites. First check whether the product falls within mandatory CE marking or the national construction-product criteria route. G is not a voluntary substitute chosen because a CE dossier is inconvenient, and it is not EU CE marking.

Check the applicable national technical specification and current conformity-confirmation system. A genuine standards gap may require the relevant national technical-approval consideration; a new trade name does not prove such a gap. The product boundary and technical basis precede buying a certificate.

Make the declared performance traceable

Map required characteristics to identifiable reports and actual production-control evidence. Record tested product, site, configuration, methods and limits. Determine the real required manufacturer and assigned-body tasks; do not copy another product's checklist or assume every G-route requires the same document.

Hypothetical case: a ready-mixed concrete supplier shows a report from one plant for delivery from another plant with different batching controls. Identify the site/material mismatch and establish the necessary evidence and control review. The same strength-class label alone does not justify transferring the first plant's file.

Confirmation, declaration and authority boundaries

The national route determines any required conformity certificate and/or manufacturer declaration and G-marking conditions. Check the current official appointment and exact product/task scope of a required body. A consultancy logo or generic accreditation claim is not proof of that appointment.

Kayra can organise product scope, evidence gaps and preparation coordination; it does not act as the Ministry or an appointed decision body. Keep documents, declared performance, real manufacturer/site and later changes aligned. G does not itself issue a building permit, EU market authorization or approval for every construction use.

Responsibility

Kayra supports technical scope, records and external-assessment coordination. The legally required manufacturer declaration and assessment-body decisions remain with their respective responsible parties. No notified-body, TAB or nationally assigned-body status is claimed; no positive result or fixed completion date is guaranteed.
