Evidence basis
A halal cosmetics file must link the formula, supplier and production batch. A new fragrance or raw-material version may require a separate scope review. Check the proposed body's cosmetics authority through current registry status and the applicable scope annex.
Change and record example
File example: A cream's glycerine supplier changes; storage retains the old origin statement while production uses the new material. Compare purchasing code, manufacturer, source declaration and batch consumption. Identify every affected formula and send the change to the issuing body. A laboratory result does not automatically replace origin and processing evidence. Confirm scope and mark permission before printing labels for the new version, rather than treating the old file as approval.
Quotation and schedule checks
Separate formula count, contract sites, supplier-document follow-up, assessment and label review in the quotation. Missing evidence prevents a reliable fixed completion date. Track cosmetic safety review separately from corrections to the halal file. Consultancy cannot promise the issuer's decision or grant its logo permission.
