Evidence basis
The relevant issuer's acceptance of ingredients and production conditions matters more than a logo appearing on a supplier document. OU describes separate approved ingredient and product lists. A certificate from another programme does not create automatic acceptance by the chosen issuer.
Change and record example
File example: A new flavour is purchased, but the manufacturer on the invoice differs from the approved ingredient list. Compare product code, origin, covered material and the batch consumed in production. Do not quietly substitute an unlisted material for the old flavour. Submit the change and clarify acceptance and label status. Report changed production order on shared equipment too; an ingredient certificate does not by itself satisfy equipment conditions.
Quotation and schedule checks
Separate initial site review, preparation work, supervision needs, product or private-label additions and contractual fees in the budget. Ingredient explanations and issuer review affect timing. A consultant's quotation is neither the final certificate nor a religious determination; confirm authority and mark conditions with the actual issuer.
