01

Identify the change

Record old/new design versions, changed items and date. Supplies, insulation, enclosures, wiring, critical parts and intended use can affect evidence. An unchanged commercial model code does not mean the design is unchanged.

02

Identify affected evidence

Connect the change to safety objectives, standard clauses and existing reports. Distinguish unaffected evidence from areas needing further assessment. Do not assume that every change requires all tests again or that none are necessary. Justify inspection, calculation or retesting and identify the production version represented by new samples.

03

Update records and conclusions

The manufacturer keeps the file, required declaration and production controls current. An old report date alone does not demonstrate conformity of a changed product. Record the assessment and reasons. Kayra supports change tracking and coordination; it does not guarantee test results or assume the manufacturer’s responsibility.
