01

Describe the electrical design

Provide voltage ratings, models and variants, environment, circuit and supply, critical components, enclosure and available reports. Identify the design entering production. One variant’s report must not be assumed to cover the complete family without justification.

02

Separate the outputs

The manufacturer’s technical file and declaration are distinct from a laboratory test report. LVD does not require notified-body participation, so a body-certificate fee must not be described as mandatory for every project. Separate standard/evidence review, tests, samples, corrections and repeat work in the quotation.

03

Plan completion conditions

Check report coverage before fixing a total price or date. Track sample readiness, laboratory scheduling, findings, corrections and final documentation separately. Passing one test does not prove all safety objectives. Kayra fees concern agreed preparation and coordination, without guaranteeing test outcomes. The manufacturer remains responsible for production conformity and current documentation.
