Evidence, work and cost
Provide equipment or assembly boundary, PS, temperature, fluid, V or DN and intended use. Match calculations, material evidence, joining procedures and personnel, examination and final assessment to the category and module. One pressure test does not establish every design and manufacturing requirement.
Scope and technical route
Separate preparation, design correction, joining qualification, inspection, tests and body assessment. Missing evidence and manufacturing readiness affect cost and time. Review material, geometry, fluid or pressure-limit changes for classification and evidence impact. A product PED file does not replace maintenance and national periodic-inspection obligations.
Responsibility
Kayra supports the scope note, evidence plan and assessment coordination. It does not claim notified-body or accredited laboratory status and does not guarantee a positive result or fixed certificate date. Manufacturer and required assessment-body duties remain separate. This guide addresses the EU/EEA route; national market and operation rules need their own check.
