Select the correct product certification route

Match the product, intended use, brand, model and manufacturing site to the relevant Turkish standard. TSE product certification against a standard differs from TSEK certification against an accepted criterion, service-place HYB and CE marking. Read the customer’s exact request before selecting the application.

Example: a tender requests a TSE product certificate but the supplier presents ISO9001 for its organisation. The management-system document does not identify the required product scope. Obtain the actual product certificate and check standard, model, holder, manufacturing address and current status through TSE’s official enquiry.

Prepare evidence for the actual model and factory

Map drawings, technical descriptions, variants, samples, test reports and production-control records to the product being submitted. TSE determines the required examination and acceptance of existing reports. An uploaded file or one successful test does not itself establish the certification decision.

Example: the available report names another model or factory. Record the mismatch instead of declaring it transferable. Ask TSE what evidence or further examination is required, and make production-control records reflect actual practice rather than copied procedures.

Official application and mark-use boundary

Prepare the relevant BelgeNet transaction with the company’s properly authorised role, checking current KEP and electronic-signature requirements in the official guide. A consultancy enquiry through Kayra’s contact form is not an official TSE application.

TSE makes the certification decision and sets certificate and mark-use conditions. Kayra can organise preparation and track gaps but cannot issue a TSE certificate. Application alone gives no permission to use the TSE mark; subsequent model or site changes must be assessed against the actual certificate conditions.

Responsibility

Kayra supports the defined preparation work. TSE certification and the competent defence security authority’s decisions remain official functions; Kayra does not issue these certificates or promise a positive decision. The responsible applicant retains actual product, facility and implementation duties.
