Build a current file

Start with firm identity, service address, activity and selected standard or criterion. Check the portal’s current document list. Historical records must still match the personnel and equipment actually used at that site.

Track unfinished work

For each requirement identify its evidence, gap, responsible person and completion condition. Writing a procedure does not prove it is followed. Separate administrative authorisation, site corrections and TSE examination in the schedule.

Separate costs and decisions

Consulting preparation, TSE fees and equipment, training or measurement work are different cost items. The quotation depends on the actual service and sites. Timing also depends on missing evidence and TSE’s process; no positive decision or fixed certificate date is guaranteed.

Plan follow-up

Use the current certificate and contract for expiry, notifications and logo use. Changes may require TSE follow-up. Kayra supports the evidence list and preparation work; TSE retains the certification decision.
