What is assessed?

HYB is TSE certification of a service against a Turkish standard or TSE criterion. Define the actual activity and service site before choosing the scope. It is different from a product certificate, CE marking and the Ministry’s after-sales service certificate.

Official application

TSE BelgeNet at basvuruportal.tse.org.tr is the official portal. Complete firm-representative authorisation and the current service application requirements. Kayra’s contact form requests consulting; it does not submit an official TSE application.

Evidence and decision

Match the criterion to the actual premises, personnel, equipment and records. Resolve gaps and follow TSE’s examination process. TSE issues HYB and makes the certification decision; consulting preparation cannot guarantee it.

Maintain the scope

Review address, activity and material resource changes against the certificate and current TSE instructions. Validity, follow-up dates and logo rights come from the actual current certificate and contract, not an old guide. Kayra supports preparation and coordination.
