Identify the country, actual medicine activity, legal entity and site before asking who issues the required document. A wholesale distribution authorisation and an inspection-related GDP certificate have distinct purposes. Check the applicable route and any activity-specific exception rather than assuming that one generic GDP certificate licenses every operation.
Ask an ambiguous provider to name the actual decision maker
Hypothetically, an assessment provider promises an ‘official GDP certificate’ but its proposal names no competent authority or public procedure. Request the issuer, legal basis, document type and intended official record. A commercial seal and paid audit cannot establish a regulator’s authorisation or inspection decision.
A private assessment may help identify gaps or meet a clearly described contractual request. Its report should state that purpose accurately, without claiming public licensing powers. The medicine business still needs genuine procedures, responsible personnel and operating evidence for the applicable official process.
Define the preparation role and national route
For Türkiye, confirm current medicine-warehouse procedures with the relevant provincial health authority. The published Uşak service table from 2025 is a provincial context, not a promise that every application has the same documents, fee or completion period. Do not import an EEA procedure as an automatic Turkish permit route.
