Aggregate CE cost and time: separate tasks and dependencies
Aggregate CE cost and time: separate tasks and dependencies. Evidence, a conditional example and responsibility boundaries for this preparation purpose.
Inputs that determine the workload
Provide sources and recycled content, fractions, intended uses, quarry/processing sites, sampling history and the actual technical basis. List existing reports, declarations and FPC evidence with identifiable material. Tonnage alone does not determine the required assessment work.
Hypothetical case: one report covers one fraction before a new feed source was introduced. Separate the covered material from the changed output and agree what acceptance review or additional testing is needed. Do not quote all fractions as already verified from that single report.
Testing, FPC and third-party costs separately
Identify required characteristic tests, sampling and transport, control-system preparation, equipment corrections and any required notified-body assessment/surveillance as separate tasks. Who accepts a report and who orders a new test must be explicit. Do not sell an FPC certificate where the applicable system does not require it.
A laboratory's price is not the complete CE workload, while an ISO 9001 certificate does not automatically replace product-specific FPC. Compare offers by actual fraction/use/site coverage and exclusions. Kayra's preparation fee is separate from external parties and cannot purchase a favourable assessment.
Schedule, changes and evidence acceptance
Plan source identification, representative sampling, results, production-control gaps, required external assessment and manufacturer declaration as separate milestones. Product-family CPR transition follows its applicable specification; the date alone is not evidence that all aggregate files need identical new documents.
New feedstock, changed processing or an added site can reopen evidence questions. Record the change, notify the relevant party where required and revise the work scope. No universal report-expiry date, fee or guaranteed decision time follows from this page; continuing obligations come from the actual route.
