Start with production

Provide products, welding processes, materials, sites, personnel, current procedures and inspection records. Select the required standard part. Existing documents must cover the actual process and applicable qualification limits, not merely have a recent date.

Plan open work

Separate procedure or personnel qualification, equipment and traceability corrections, coordination competence and file organisation. Templates cannot replace missing technical evidence. Assign responsible people and completion evidence to each gap.

Quotation and decision

Consulting, training, qualification tests, inspection and certification are different costs. Scope and missing evidence determine the schedule. Use the selected programme and contract for validity and follow-up; no universal term is asserted. Kayra prepares the evidence plan; the selected provider retains its decision.
