Resolve the criterion before calling a file complete
Supply the proposed product/use, criterion reference, variants, factories and existing technical and control records. If the criterion or route is unresolved, identify that assessment question first. Do not quote a ready TSEK certificate merely from a product name.
Example: a prototype report is supplied for a different material. Separate its usable results from missing variant and production evidence. The estimate must identify what TSE still needs to assess rather than treating every report as accepted.
Separate preparation and the remaining technical work
Quote criterion mapping and file preparation separately from necessary tests/samples, TSE examination and certification, production corrections and mark-use charges. An official mark-fee enquiry is not the project’s total price.
A changed material or unassessed production control can add work. Specify who commissions each task, what is included and what depends on TSE acceptance. Paying for preparation does not buy a positive certificate decision.
Use evidence-based milestones, not a universal duration
Plan criterion/route clarification, file and sample readiness, examination, findings and correction responses separately. The actual gaps and official assessment determine dependencies; a city name does not determine a fixed time or price.
Keep later model/site changes and current mark conditions within the stated scope. Check the issued certificate’s actual criterion, product, holder, factory and status through the official route. Kayra cannot guarantee issue date, acceptance or rights outside that scope.
Responsibility
Kayra supports the defined preparation work. TSE certification and the competent defence security authority’s decisions remain official functions; Kayra does not issue these certificates or promise a positive decision. The responsible applicant retains actual product, facility and implementation duties.
