TGB questions: safety certificates, personnel and another site
Resolve common substitution errors before using a document.
Applicable scope
Does ISO 45001 or a fire report establish TGB? No. Workplace safety and fire obligations are different from defence-industry security clearance. Is KGB the same as TGB? No: personnel and facility scope are separate, even where their applications must be coordinated.
Records and responsibilities
Does clearance of one facility automatically cover another address or every employee? Do not assume that. Examine the actual document, classification and authorised scope, and refer changes to the official process. A consultant's assurance cannot extend the Ministry's recorded clearance.
Example and limits
Example: a contractor presents its parent company's document for a different workshop. Request applicant/site reconciliation and the official position before treating the workshop as covered. Kayra explains preparation questions, not a universal exemption or transfer of clearance.
