How to Obtain TSE-HYB
Apply for HYB through the authorised legal applicant and actual service place, with relevant evidence and a separate TSE decision.
Match authority and scope before submitting
Define the service, actual address and standard/criterion. Link staff, equipment and records to it, resolve gaps and let the authorised firm representative follow current BelgeNet requirements. TSE examination and closure of findings are separate from preparing a consulting file.
Confirm that the authorised company in the portal is the legal applicant for the actual service place. Prepare the identified service scope and relevant current evidence before completing the application. The contact form on this website requests preparation support; it does not create a TSE application.
Worked application decision
Conditional case: a group representative has authority for Company A, but the workshop and service contract belong to Company B. Similar trade names do not resolve the applicant mismatch. Identify the legal applicant and actual address, then confirm the correct company-authority association with TSE before submission.
Keep evidence for Company B linked to its own activity; do not upload Company A’s staff or equipment records simply to complete the fields. If technical gaps remain, record the owner and genuine evidence needed. A submitted file is not a positive HYB decision.
Keep application and decision outputs separate
Record which application and scope were submitted, unresolved evidence and TSE follow-up. The applicant implements conditions, TSE accepts evidence and decides, and Kayra can support the contracted preparation. A completed consultant file does not establish issuance.
