The flame is extinguished
When the flames are extinguished by a burning liquid or airflow, the safety system must safely cut off the gas.
For Household gas hob, the applicable CE scope is determined from intended use, energy sources, safety architecture and target market. The risk assessment, technical file, testing and conformity route must be verified against the actual model.

The technical identity of a home type gas stove is not limited to the number of eyes. The nominal heat input of the burners, the presence of a fast or wok type burner, the electricity or manuality of the ignition, the flame control element, the potter's bearing geometry, and the ancastral ventilation gap change the safety rating. If two different burner families are used on the same glass board, the injector, the air conditioning, and the cross-fire are verified for each eye.
The gas path of the furnace must be non-leakageable from the input manifold and the pipes, from there to the injector and the burner, and resistant to mechanical stresses. When the fire is extinguished, the gas must be cut off before reaching the dangerous accumulation, the safe occurrence of re-ignition, and the failure to move the flame to accessible areas at different bowl sizes are examined. In the Ancustration model, the lower cabinet temperature, nearby wall and counter materials are also reflected in the experiment and installation instructions.
Electrical safety and electromagnetic effects in a model with an electric flare generator, timing or electronic cutting system are assessed according to product configuration; LVD and EMC results are justified by voltage, function, and integrated device structure. When type inspection and serial production monitoring are completed, the manufacturer is responsible for the consistency of the marking, reporting, instructions, and technical file.
The following data shows why even models with the same product name can change the path of conformity.
The protective, control and verification approach shall be based on the actual product cycle.
When the flames are extinguished by a burning liquid or airflow, the safety system must safely cut off the gas.
If the ignition position and the time to start the gas is delayed, the blister may accumulate a mixture around the burner; the ignition behavior is tested in all eyes.
The temperature of the board, button, container and near-table is measured at normal load; user contact and material strength are evaluated.
The carrier range and the position of the briller shall be examined to prevent the collapse of the small or large container.
The wrong injector, pressure setting or missing label will disrupt the burn; kit parts and service steps should be traceable.
Instructions are given for the openings, assembly dimensions and connection access to reduce heat and potential leakage accumulation in the lower volume.
A single product name doesn't give the same answer for all models.
| The subject | The situation | Product-based evaluation |
|---|---|---|
| GAR 2016/426 | YES, YES | The basic scope of the gas-fired household appliance for cooking is to be applied. |
| Authorized organization | YES, YES | The GAR module requires third party participation in the assessment of the route type and production. |
| LVD | IT 'S A MESS . | If there's an electrical ignition or control, the voltage and the entire product relationship are examined. |
| EMC | IT 'S A MESS . | When electronic control is available, emissions and immune behavior are addressed along with the safety function. |
| The Commission shall adopt implementing acts in accordance with Article 21 of Regulation (EU) No 1095/2014. | YES, YES | The energy efficiency measurement and product information requirements of the household type gas stove are met; energy label 65/2014 is not applicable to gas stove. |
| PED | NO , NOT AT ALL . | Typical household gas feeds do not automatically cover PEDs. |
| ATEX | NO , NOT AT ALL . | The presence of fuel gas in normal household use does not make the product explosive. |
ISO management system certification does not replace product-specific risk analysis, test evidence and compliance file.
The number of eyes, the briller power, the board, the ignition, the control and the gas options are separated by the model matrix.
The GAR and harmonised standard approach are determined to suit the target market gas conditions and the equipment structure.
The representative sample is prepared with settings for leakage, ignition, combustion, temperature and stability.
Type-examination and verification of the organisation of the selected serial production conformity module shall be carried out.
The EU Statement of Conformity, CE label, instructions and the critical part modification procedure are interlinked.
The proposal is prepared according to the size of the model family, target gas categories, sample numbers, available evidence and selected production oversight path.
Compare the top coverage or other similar risk architecture.
The approved entity shall draw up a type or certificate of conformity in the selected module; the manufacturer shall draw up an EU Statement of conformity, apply the CE marking and be responsible for serial production.
It is possible if the manufacturer specifies the appropriate category, injector, setting, test and conversion instructions; the user must not change the quality part.
The quality of the product and the design requirements ensure that the loss of flame does not lead to dangerous gas build-up.
The material, heat and mechanical resistance affect the safety of the device; glass breakage should not endanger the gas pathway or the user.
If the air conditioning, temperature and component location are affected, the change cannot be assumed to be covered without evaluation of the approved type.
A reliable fixed time cannot be given without the number of models, gas categories, sample preparation, repetition of failed experiments and the production module being seen.
Share the model of the machine or device, the location of use and the basic technical data. The Kayra Patent explains the path to be followed for scope analysis, technical preparation, test plan and, where necessary, approved organization coordination.
