Don 't pull over to the cellar
The hand, cloth or clothing can fit between the rotating cylinders.
For Offset printing press, the applicable CE scope is determined from intended use, energy sources, safety architecture and target market. The risk assessment, technical file, testing and conformity route must be verified against the actual model.

The access point and number of control links between single-color layer offset and multi-unit high-speed line vary greatly. Plate emulators, chain conveyor, printing cylinders, ink-staircase and exit stacking system are processed to the machine border.
If the hand wash is done with a hand cloth, the probability of the hand being pulled to the point of grasp is very high. The automatic washing mechanism is also evaluated in terms of fluid leakage, incorrect programming and maintenance access.
The addition of UV, IR or hot air dryer; optical radiation, high temperature, ozone, fire and ventilation headers to the file. The dust spraying system can cause the working exposure and the possibility of explosive atmosphere in the appropriate material. The electronic poisoning control, servo drives and network connections of the machine are entered into EMC evaluation; the software version for safety is stored in a traceable manner.
The following data shows why even models with the same product name can change the path of conformity.
The protective, control and verification approach shall be based on the actual product cycle.
The hand, cloth or clothing can fit between the rotating cylinders.
The handle or cylinder may be held in hand when the plate or cylinder turns unexpectedly.
The suction head creates a pile of paper and a mobile platform crushing area, protecting access to maintenance points.
The cleaning steam, skin contact or leakage may affect the worker.
Radiation leakage, lamp breaking, hot surface and ozone pose a danger during maintenance.
Remote launch can be performed while one operator is operating on another unit, with regional re-installation, alert and vision conditions determined.
A single product name doesn't give the same answer for all models.
| The subject | The situation | Product-based evaluation |
|---|---|---|
| The machine's layout | YES, YES | In Turkey, 2006/42/AT is applied for offset printing; the next national compliance is confirmed on the date of the first market supply or first service of the offset machine. The printing and stacking mechanisms are evaluated. |
| EMC | IT 'S A MESS . | EMC scope is assessed in terms of the intended environment; driver and communication patterns affect test requirements. |
| LVD | NO , NOT AT ALL . | The LVD is not applied to machinery as a separate directive; electrical safety objectives are met within the scope of machinery legislation. |
| ATEX | IT 'S A MESS . | The flammable washing liquid, lacquer or powder is evaluated for intended use in which explosive atmospheres are created. |
| PED | NO , NOT AT ALL . | The standard offset printing process is not pressure equipment; the coverage is re-checked when there is a special auxiliary system. |
| Optical radiation | IT 'S A MESS . | The leakage, access and maintenance exposure is examined in the model with a UV or IR drying unit. |
ISO management system certification does not replace product-specific risk analysis, test evidence and compliance file.
The printing towers, feeder, dryer, paint and outlet systems are listed in serial configuration.
The molding, rubber covering, ladder washing, sampling and compression are reviewed.
The caps are adjusted according to the risk outcome, limited speed, holding operation, reinstallation and restart warning.
The time of operation, electricity, safety circuit, UV/heat and, if necessary, EMC evidence are completed.
The molding instructions, chemical limits, statement and label are matched to the final machine.
The number of units, speed, drying technology, automatic washing, safety mode and test record evaluation time are determined.
Compare the top coverage or other similar risk architecture.
The manufacturer must design and verify a safe washing or special limited movement method.
There is no single universal speed, and the hazardous movement, access, control shape and product standard limits are all evaluated together.
The unit document is a useful input; the protective, exhaust, control and emergency stand-by interface with the press is also examined in the final system.
Design must make this possible; if access is required, dangerous movement is safely stopped and restarting is prevented.
The properties of the powder are determined by its density, volume, and the source of the substance.
If the update affects speed, movement, protective or security function, the risk analysis and verification records shall be updated.
Share the model of the machine or device, the location of use and the basic technical data. The Kayra Patent explains the path to be followed for scope analysis, technical preparation, test plan and, where necessary, approved organization coordination.
