Review a linked evidence file rather than a document count

A GDP records and cost review should link warehouse layout, assigned responsibilities, product storage conditions, supplier and recipient checks, carrier agreements and recall evidence. Each item needs a clear site, product and period. The EMA and Commission references describe the European regulatory setting; Turkish application documents require a separate current check with the relevant Provincial Health Directorate. A privately issued management certificate should not be substituted for those public procedures. The useful deliverable is an evidence map with unresolved gaps and accountable owners.

Follow the decision after a recorded excursion

In a hypothetical consignment file, a logger records a temperature excursion. A later normal reading does not resolve the earlier event. Record the affected product and batch, timeline, instrument suitability, product-specific conditions and the responsible assessment. Release, quarantine or another disposition requires a documented decision by the appropriate responsible parties. A consultant should not infer medicinal-product usability from a graph alone. Build the timetable around missing operational evidence

Separate mapping and qualification work, missing supplier information, carrier evaluation and staff practice when preparing the budget. A gap resolved by updating a controlled procedure is different from one requiring fresh field measurements or an operational exercise.
