Distinguish cleaning records and effectiveness checks

Records should identify equipment, cleaning time, method and responsible person. Link visual checks or suitable risk based verification results to that activity. A visibly clean area does not alone demonstrate allergen removal; the same surface testing package is not declared mandatory for every food business.

Receiving, batch and product information evidence

Track supplier, ingredient lot, receiving assessment and temperature results where relevant. Record the decision to accept, reject or otherwise handle nonconforming materials. Recipe and allergen information should match the correct label; connect batch identity to dispatch and recall preparation.

Preparation work determines timing and cost

An initial review identifies layout, cleaning access, training and recording gaps. Physical corrections, equipment maintenance, operating records and necessary analyses have separate completion conditions. Distinguish consultancy, laboratory, facility changes and external assessment costs; procedures alone do not justify a promised completion date.

Request the correct scope and deliverable

State whether the quotation concerns food GHP implementation, customer audit preparation or assessment against an identified programme. Cosmetic ISO 22716 and pharmaceutical GMP files need separate scope and expertise. Kayra’s consultancy deliverable does not replace ministry registration, official inspection or an independent body’s decision.
