Technical-file evidence
Link the machine description, drawings and controls, risk assessment, protective measures, standards and verification reports. Include relevant supplier declarations and incorporation instructions, and series-production conformity controls. A document heading does not prove adequate content.
Instructions and declaration
Explain actual installation, operation, adjustment, maintenance and residual risks. Check required language and original-instruction or translation identification. Under the Directive, the final EC declaration of conformity differs from the declaration of incorporation; check the Regulation route for the applicable date. Keep model and design versions consistent and ensure the file can be supplied to the competent authority. Update affected evidence after changes.
Market date and responsibility
For the EU/EEA route, machinery placed on the EU market before 20 January 2027 must comply with Directive 2006/42/EC; Regulation 2023/1230 applies mandatorily from that date. Check the actual product and transition rules. Kayra supports preparation and coordination, without assuming manufacturer responsibility or claiming notified-body status. No positive assessment or fixed marking date is guaranteed.
