Slippery mirror or part
A faulty jaw, insufficient compression or excessive period can cause high-energy spinning; limits on storage and use are confirmed.
For CNC lathe, the applicable CE scope is determined from intended use, energy sources, safety architecture and target market. The risk assessment, technical file, testing and conformity route must be verified against the actual model.

The starting point of the turntable file is the actual configuration of the desk. The horizontal or vertical work mile, maximum mirror diameter, period, bar capacity, number of turns, counter work mile, punta, live gear and automatic part catcher are recorded separately. The permitted limit of the method of attaching to the mass of the workpiece must be clear in the instructions for use.
Apart from normal automatic circuit, setup, gear measurement, wire cleaning and first-part control are also examined. If the operator is to move the mirror or axle while the door is open, special mode selection, reduced speed, pressurized operation and unauthorized use are designed together. Door closure should not be an automatic start command; restart approval should be made from the position where the danger area is seen and consciously.
In Turkey national compliance with 2006/42/AT is also examined; production history does not change this event. Due to servo drivers and electronic controls, EMC assessment is expected; while in the typical finished machine LVD is not automatically applied as a separate conformity statement. Technical file risk assessment, general location testing, electro-hydraulic systems, protective accounts, safety function verification, EU regulations and registration must be followed by the responsible regulatory authority or the CE authority.
The following data shows why even models with the same product name can change the path of conformity.
The protective, control and verification approach shall be based on the actual product cycle.
A faulty jaw, insufficient compression or excessive period can cause high-energy spinning; limits on storage and use are confirmed.
Long rods, a stretched piece of work or an open mirror pose a risk of getting caught for clothing and hair.
The directional indexing, pointing and axis movements create crushing points in the areas accessed during the setting.
The sharpness, temperature, and coolant fumes of the sludge require a leakless, seamless, and safe cleaning.
The rotation of the long material, the feeder lid and unexpected commands between the two controls are all dealt with in a holistic manner.
A single product name doesn't give the same answer for all models.
| The subject | The situation | Product-based evaluation |
|---|---|---|
| The Commission shall adopt implementing acts in accordance with Article 21 of Regulation (EC) No 2006/42/EC and Turkey's 2006/42/AT. | YES, YES | The directive period begins with the first supply or first service in the EU/EEA for a CNC lathe. |
| (EU) 2023/1230 | IT 'S A MESS . | In the EU/EEA, the regulatory period begins when the CNC turning desk is first offered or first put into service. |
| The following information is provided for in Article 2 (1) of Regulation (EU) No 575/2014: | IT 'S A MESS . | Servo drivers and electronic controls are assessed for emission and immunity. |
| 2014/35/EU LVD | NO , NOT AT ALL . | The LVD is not applied separately for the CNC lathe. Electrical hazards are assessed in accordance with Appendix I 1.5.1 to the CNC lathe file 2006/42/AT; the separate electric panel or accessory of the rod driver is examined in its supply status. |
| 2014/68/EU PED | IT 'S A MESS . | Data from the hydraulic accumulator or pressure settings are compared to the locks. |
| The following information is provided: | IT 'S A MESS . | If there is a design or atmosphere formation in the machine specifically for the explosive environment, it is examined. |
ISO management system certification does not replace product-specific risk analysis, test evidence and compliance file.
The list of variants to be included in the file is made up of mirror, period, work piece, options and environmental equipment.
In addition to automatic processing, hazards are also identified for adjustment, measurement, compression, discharge and maintenance tasks.
The door lock, retain resistance, operating mode and posture behaviour are proven by measurement or calculation.
Panel tests, driver settings, protective transmission continuity and electromagnetic conformity recordings are completed.
Once clear non-compliances are closed, the AT or EU Statement of Compliance is issued with the same model definition according to the instructions, label and time.
The scope of the proposal is determined not only by the seat strength but also by the model variety, rolling stock, integration and level of existing technical documentation; no fixed result time or CE approval is guaranteed.
Compare the top coverage or other similar risk architecture.
CE is not a general certification issued by most CNC tornado organizations. The manufacturer proves conformity, signs the declaration, and uses it as a signage responsibility.
The maximum period of the mirror and the fastening arrangement must be demonstrated to be within the workpiece's limit; the method of proof depends on the design and the available manufacturer's data.
If the risk assessment allows, measures such as special mode, authorization, reduced speed and pressure can be designed together.
If the differences in command, operating mode and protection are important, a single text will not be sufficient; variants are analyzed separately while preserving common evidence.
The market supply history and the safety impact of the change is examined.
Back and side access, common position, bar flipping, door lock and restart sequence are tested in the new configuration; the instructions are updated with the variant matrix.
