The shape and closure
The motion of the molding plate creates a large crushing volume, confirming the door and circuit function on both sides.
For Plastic injection-moulding machine, the applicable CE scope is determined from intended use, energy sources, safety architecture and target market. The risk assessment, technical file, testing and conformity route must be verified against the actual model.

The technical definition includes shutting force, mold binding plate size, opening stroke, injection pressure, screwdriver diameter, processing temperature, mold weight and match circuits. Access to the opposite mold is as important as the main operator door. In large machines, the ability of a person to fully enter the mold binding plate area, resulting in a scenario of staying inside and restarting from the outside.
When the mold doors are opened, it may not be enough to isolate the movement of the bonding plate. The impeller, matching, robot, nozzle contact and screw movement must also be moved to a safe state according to the access condition. A valve failure in the hydraulic circuit can lead to the mold closing or pressure remaining in the breast area. Independent protection and safe maintenance are required for extreme heat, thermocouple error and melted plastic spillage of the heater tapes.
The mold closure, injection unit and robot take-up system are recorded according to the actual product limit. In the EU/AEA period, servo drivers enter EMC assessment of initial supply or first service of plastic injection machine; this event applies until 19 hob 2027 2006/42/EC. Machine first placed on the market or put into service after 20 hob 20 27 falls within 2023/1230 (EU) category (see also national compliance in Turkey with 2006/42/AT). Servo drives enter EMc assessment of heat control and robotic interaction during the EU / EEA period. EN 60204-1 is used for electrical refrigeration; machinery covered by LVD bearing is not fully automatically installed in typical machines. All equipment that can be fitted under normal conditions may be selected from the relevant categories of power transmission equipment or pressurized hydraulic pressure controls and must be subject to a separate safety check if applicable in accordance with Part I of Annex IX, Section 10 B of the European Chemicals Code, Annex IV, Annex X, Annex VIII, Annex V, Annex VII, or Annex II thereto, unless all necessary technical requirements are met or the vehicle's safety data are corrected in accordance to the respective categories of protection or safety related to the application of the applicable provisions of the Directive.
The following data shows why even models with the same product name can change the path of conformity.
The protective, control and verification approach shall be based on the actual product cycle.
The motion of the molding plate creates a large crushing volume, confirming the door and circuit function on both sides.
When the breast or mold is opened, the hot, pressurized polymer can cause severe burns; pressure discharge is required.
Even if the main shape appears to be stationary, auxiliary movements can create constriction in the accessible area.
Loss of control can cause extreme heat, material breakdown and fire; a limiting function is designed.
The robot and machine doors must have a common mode and restart behavior; separate control documents will not be sufficient.
A single product name doesn't give the same answer for all models.

| The Commission shall adopt implementing acts in accordance with Article 21 of Regulation (EC) No 2006/42/EC and Turkey's 2006/42/AT. | YES, YES | The Directive period of the plastic injection machine depends on the first supply to the market or first service in the EU/EEA. Article 10 of Annex IV to the Directive 2006/42/EC is examined in the classification of injection and pressure moulding machines, which are installed or discharged by hand; 2006/42/AT is also checked in Turkey. |
| (EU) 2023/1230 | IT 'S A MESS . | The period of regulation for plastic injection machines is determined by the first market supply or first service in the EU/AEA. (EU) 2023/1230 Annex I, Section B, article 10, applies to injection and pressure-forming machines for manual loading or unloading; the date of completion is not determinative. |
| The following information is provided for in Article 2 (1) of Regulation (EU) No 575/2014: | IT 'S A MESS . | The servo, heater switching and electronic control are evaluated. |
| 2014/35/EU LVD | NO , NOT AT ALL . | Electrical hazards are assessed in accordance with Appendix I 1.5.1 to the plastic injection machine file 2006/42/AT; the robot control or the electrical device supplied alone is assessed in its supply status. |
| 2014/68/EU PED | IT 'S A MESS . | Accumulator and pressure equipment are classified by technical values. |

ISO management system certification does not replace product-specific risk analysis, test evidence and compliance file.
The configuration offered for sale is fixed by the closing force, pattern and process values.
Parts into the mold, automatic production, sampling, breast cleaning and mold change are examined separately.
Interruption, valve error behavior and restart scenarios are tested on each access side.
Excessive temperature, protective conductivity, insulation, EMC and control parameters are recorded.
The mold boundaries and the robot connection are processed in instructions; the statement and product label show the same model.
In two similar machines with a shutter speed, vertical installation, robot and counter-access can change the scope of operation, which becomes clear when the proposal, circuits and actual protective order are seen.
Compare the top coverage or other similar risk architecture.
Access side and product standard are evaluated, and independent or backup measures may be required for the operator and counterparty in large-scale bonding plate areas.
No. Robot proof is the input component; the input into the mold, mode selection, common position, and the cell restart approval are verified in the final system.
The permitted size, mass, connection and match range are defined, and the drawing and risk interface are stored in the file if the manufacturer has specified a specific pattern.
Certain circuit risks may be reduced, but the servo movement, mold access, heater and functional safety evidence must be completed again.
Harmonization is a standard voluntary conformity path; in the absence of use, it is demonstrated in detail how the basic requirements are met in an equivalent manner.
Plastic injection and pressure-forming machines, which are manually loaded or unloaded, are specifically inspected under Addendum IV or Addendum I to Regulation Part B.
Share the model of the machine or device, the location of use and the basic technical data. The Kayra Patent explains the path to be followed for scope analysis, technical preparation, test plan and, where necessary, approved organization coordination.
