Separate delivery and crossing questions
A delivery in Northern Cyprus, a transaction in the government-controlled area and movement across the Green Line are not interchangeable administrative routes. Regulation 866/2004 sets conditions for persons and goods crossing the line. Confirm the relevant goods procedure with the actual receiving authority.
Hypothetical case: assuming EU access from an address
A seller treats a Northern Cyprus delivery address as automatic authorisation to supply the same goods across the Green Line. Establish the planned movement and applicable conditions first. A Turkish document or CE marking alone does not answer that crossing question.
Build a jurisdiction-specific request
Send delivery address, route, importer, product details and the recipient's written request. Use the Northern Cyprus Trade Department for its published transactions and the relevant Cyprus/EU sources for crossing conditions. Kayra preparation does not replace customs or market-authority decisions.
Preparation and decision limits
This guide helps frame a preparation or coordination request to Kayra. Confirm the agreed task and responsible specialists first. Certification, laboratory conclusions, customs decisions and statutory filings remain with the competent body or properly authorised professional; this page promises no approval, fixed fee or completion date.
