The professional kitchen family combines different heat transfer methods such as open-burner furnace, cousin, fritzo, lavestone grill, rotary stove and chicken rotation. The common features of these devices are gas burners; however, safety architectures differ. The temperature and discharge order of the oil in the fridge, the position between the radiant source and the boiler in the rotary stove, the common barrel behavior of multiple brillers in the cousin, the compression risk of the motor boiler system in the rotation of chicken rotation are all highlighted.
The standard device for cooking for consumption in a restaurant is associated with the definition of GAR cooking, although it is in professional capacity. In contrast, only special equipment designed to process a specific product in the factory production line, not marketed for other uses, is examined in terms of industrial process exception.

The approved organization makes the assessment and certification decision only within the scope of the selected module; the manufacturer remains responsible for drafting the EU Statement of Conformity and applying the CE marking.
Name similarity alone is not sufficient; the energy source, intended use, and safety architecture are read together.

The equipment, which is designed according to the specific process of a single industrial facility with general cooking of the restaurant type, is classified by commercial and technical evidence.
For hob, June, fridge, grille and rotating equipment, gas, motion, oil, electricity and discharge triggers are processed in separate matrices.
Differences in the number of brushes, total load, treasure, oil volume, engine and common manifold are all tied to the most negative test configuration.
The combustion, temperature, safety and functional tests for the product shall be taken into the approved installation process together with the technical file.

The GAR's selected production module continues to be monitored, with critical components and production changes being checked for approved type effects.
The ventilation and evacuation conditions necessary for the safe installation of the device are specified in the instruction; the drum's own legislation and building design may give rise to separate responsibilities.
The label alone is not sufficient proof. The identity of the product, the statement, the instructions, the scope of the certificate, the gas category and the applicable production information are verified together.
Differences in brush, power, size, control, gas category and moving system vary by type and experiment; the exact time and cost can only be established by the family matrix.
